Scholarship OpportunitiesApplications are closed for 2024. Applications for summer 2025 will open December 15, 2024. The Middle Tennessee Suzuki Association offers scholarships to both our student and teacher members. Teachers may apply for a scholarship to attend a Suzuki Teacher Training Workshop at a Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA) sanctioned institute of their choice. Students may apply to attend a Suzuki summer institute. For questions, please contact scholarship@middletnsuzuki.org. |
Summer Institute ScholarshipsMTSA awards several scholarships for study at summer Suzuki Institutes based on merit and/or need. Student scholarships are available to any MTSA student, after completing their first full year of membership. Deadline: February 1st MTSA Workshop and Membership ScholarshipsA limited number of financial need-based scholarships are awarded for MTSA membership and participation in the MTSA Fall Workshop. Any student falling under the qualifying guidelines for free or reduced lunch programs, as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture, is eligible for an MTSA need-based student scholarship. Students with extenuating financial circumstances will also be considered. Deadline: August 1. |
