David Strom, SAA Teacher trainer, presents a parent talk entitled "True for You". This talk is specifically geared towards Suzuki parents. Meeting participants will have a chance to engage and ask questions.
Immediately after the talk, the MTSA board and officers will hold the annual membership meeting to share the state of the organization, plans for 2024, and welcome any questions and input from members. Come for the talk and stay for the meeting!
David is an in-demand clinician and lecturer at workshops and Institutes throughout the country. His students regularly win top prizes at competitions and have been concertmaster of all four orchestras of the American Youth Philharmonic. He is the co-teacher at the renowned Northern Virginia Suzuki Music School. He received his BM in violin performance at the Hartt School, and MM from the University of Maryland in violin performance with a Suzuki Pedogogy specialization.
